Three editions of an anime-nightlife series that turned an intimidating club scene into a cosplay party anyone could walk into — each edition redesigned from 50+ survey responses.

Tested whether a Valentine's Day / CP culture nightlife format could attract a recurring audience in NYC.

Repeated the format to test recurring potential. DJ setlist rebuilt entirely from survey feedback.

Shifted toward a game-centered theme after survey data showed strong audience demand for interactive formats.
On event day, my partner hosted the program while I managed the live flow behind the scenes. I coordinated stage rehearsal, DJ/VJ cues, host transitions, and real-time schedule adjustments within a one-hour pre-opening preparation window.
50+ post-event surveys and RedNote comment analysis drove every format decision between editions. The iteration process was systematic: collect → read signal → adjust format → test live.

Three recurring nightlife events, ~130 attendees per event. Developed from a theme-based anime party into a standardized nightlife format supported by campaign planning, audience feedback, guest promotion, programming design, and live operations.
CrimePartner taught me that recurring event design is not about a strong theme alone. It's about building a flexible system that responds to audience behavior. Each event became a test for the next one: comments, dance responses, complaints, and requests all became signals for the next iteration.
